Q: Do my $750.00 deposits go towards my total package invoice or are they an additional entry fee?
A: No, there is not an additional fee. Your deposits are applied to your total package balance.

Q: What if I do not know the exact number of players that I will be bringing when I register? Can I change this number at a later date?
A: Yes. You may add or delete players from your roster at any time prior to 30 days before your scheduled arrival date without any penalty. Any changes that are made inside of 30 days will be subject to cancellation fees (see your official housing contract for fees and schedule). It is very important that the coach or team representative read and understand the housing contract prior to signing it and communicates all changes to our housing director as they occur.

A: Yes. Space Coast Spring Training will create a practice and game schedule for all your teams and the best part is that since we do not charge an entry fee you do not have to pay any extra fees to bring both teams.

Q: Can I upgrade my teams participant package and stay at the beach?
A: Yes. Space Coast Baseball offers beach packages. For more information about the ultimate beach and baseball package contact our housing office at 855-386-3836.

Q. How far are the fields from the hotel accommodations?
A. The parks are located within 15-25 minutes from the mainland hotels in Cocoa, Merritt Island and the Cocoa Beach hotels.

Q. Will our team need to have our own transportation?
A. Yes, your team is responsible for transportation, but it is a simple process. We recommend that teams contact U-Save Auto Rental at 888-819-2067 for their transportation needs. They rent 15 and 7 passenger vans and a wide variety of other vehicles at very reasonable rates. Arrangements can also be made with them to pick you up at the airport with your vans and take you back to the airport when you travel home.

Q: Does my package price include meals?
A: We have a variety of options that include 1,2 or three meals. Breakfast will be at your hotel provided that you choose accommodations that offers breakfast as part of your Cocoa Beach Baseball package (check with our housing director to make sure your package includes breakfast). Our most popular packages include meals and accommodations at oceanfront hotels in Cocoa Beach.

Q: Do I bring my own balls for games?
A:
Yes, please bring three new balls to each game. Teams must provide their own catching gear, gloves, bats, practice balls, helmets, etc.

Q: How many games and practices can I get while I am there?
A: As many as you like. 
Each coach will be sent a schedule request form to fill out. On this form you can request games and full field practices.  We do our very best to make sure that our teams get all of the game and practice times they request. It is important for teams to check with their state associations to make sure that they are in compliance with their state rules concerning games/scrimmages.

Q: Will our fans have to pay to see us play like at Disney Wide World of Sports?
A:
No. There is no admission charge to get into Cocoa Beach baseball spring training  to watch the games.

Q: Who needs to purchase a Cocoa Beach Baseball participant package?
A:
All players, coaches trainers and team staff need to purchase one of our package options in order to participate. All teams will be required to provide a rooming list to Cocoa Beach Baseball prior to their arrival and this list will be checked to verify the total number of participants. Parents should also purchase their rooms through the Housing Director so that it will save money for the parents and earn rebates for the team. Ask your housing director for more information on parent rooms and team rebates.
